This is one of those places that just gets it. The Classic burger is juicy, flavorful, and cooked just right with that smash sear. Everything tastes fresh, and the sauce really kicks it up a notch. We both got the classic burger with loaded and seasoned fries and had to get some extra burger sauce on the side. The fries were just as good, especially the loaded fries, which are just delicious. The seasoned fries are crispy and well-seasoned. The portions are good and the place is clean and spotless. You can tell it’s family owned because the food is made with care. If you’re in the area and craving a good burger and great fries, this is the spot to go.

If you’re anywhere near Roanoke and haven’t tried Burger Bros yet, you are seriously missing out. First of all — the burgers are NEXT LEVEL. You can taste the difference immediately. They use beef tallow instead of the typical seed oils most places fry with, and it honestly shows. The flavor is richer, crispier, and just tastes the way a real burger is supposed to taste. No greasy after-feel, just perfectly cooked, juicy goodness. The quality of the ingredients is obvious, and everything tastes fresh and intentional — not thrown together. Beyond the food, the restaurant itself is spotless. Clean dining area, clean counters, clean restrooms — which says a lot about how they run their business. And the staff? So friendly and welcoming. You can tell they care about their customers and take pride in what they’re serving. That kind of service makes the whole experience even better. It’s rare to find a place that nails the food, the ingredients, the atmosphere, and the service — but Burger Bros absolutely does. We’ll definitely be back. 10/10 recommend.

New place, first time - I absolutely loved it. Everything I ordered was delicious and reasonably priced. New, nice and clean with ample seating area. Quick and good service. My personal favorite was the Patty Melt and the Texas Chili fires. And also, I must highlight the Onion Rings - they were the crunchiest I have had in a long time. 5 star. Everything else was all up to the mark and delicious as well. This place is a nice addition to the already buzzing Roanoke and I hope they are successful and maintain their standards for a long time to come.

It was simply delicious. We bought a bit of everything . The Chilli cheese fries and seasoned fries were crispy and the chili was very hearty and filling. I had the big bro because I love pastrami. It was so juicy and great portion. My husband had the BB’z signature and the burger was very flavorful (onions, sauce was to die for). We were so full at that point we took the classic home. It was just as amazing the next day. You can tell the smash burgers meat and all their ingredients are high quality. Definitely will be regulars here .

Burger Bros is a great addition to Roanoke. The food is really high quality and tastes delicious. It is on the high side of the 10-20 dollars range. But so is Shake Shack and this is local and better. Highly recommend.

Tried the BB’s Signature today. The sauce is amazing and the caramelized onions really take it to the top! Awesome burger and can’t wait to try every burger on the menu and I got to try the chili for the chili fries and it is amazing!! Love that the place is family owned and the 2 brothers show passion in their business and it is a cozy large place with the most comfortable chairs ever. Awesome place.
